A guy in Florida (from a local paper there) says this about the Larussa situation. I think Tony should have to pay a fine, and go to an alcohol class...the same an any other offender.

The guy shouldn't get any punishment at all. First off, he's old and fell asleep at a light. Did he hurt anyone? Nope. Another victimless crime being prosecuted with our tax payer funds. Secondly, the man blew a .09. That's like two beers at his age. Factor in the scientific error of the breathalylzer itself, and the guy probably was under the legal limit. All the cops had to do was wake him up and send him on his way. The idiot who says he should be locked up for the season, should be locked up himself for being an idiot. Its high time the fuzz stop busting people for wishy washy baloney crimes such as this.
